Sport club
Rhythmic gymnastics club "Ritam" works at 2 places, Visoko andKl Kiseljak.
Rhythmic gymnastics is an extremely beautiful and attractive women's sport, and since 1984 it has also been an Olympic sport. It is a combination of gymnastics, ballet and movement with music with the use of apparatus (rope, hoop, ball, clubs and ribbon).
Gymnastic is an art. It is possible to start with rhythmic gymnastics very early, as early as 3-4 years of age. It encourages and develops motor and coordination skills, grace, creativity and musicality in girls who play this sport.
It has a very positive effect on the proper development of muscles and proper posture. The beauty of rhythmic gymnastics is in its complexity, because the girl must first master her body, then the technique of apparatus and harmonize it all with the music.
Along with the beautiful and colorful leotards that are today part of the fashion industry, the creativity and imagination of the girl and her trainer makes rhythmic gymnastics a very popular sport on all continents. The beauty of playing sports, socializing, but also the development of a healthy, self-confident person are the advantages that rhythmic gymnastics provides to girls.
Many studies confirm that exercising with music has a positive effect on the development of intelligence. Practicing rhythmic gymnastics allows girls to develop their own natural flexibility and muscle strength throughout the body. Because of the way the exercises and preparations are performed, long, spindle-shaped muscles are created that make the body look slender but still firm. Even for many girls, plump constitutions improve their appearance after a certain period of exercise.
